Description: 

Relying on its core values, hospitality and responsibility, Groupe ADP maintains, develops and operates for 70 years the three main airports of French Paris region: Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Paris-Orly and Paris-Le Bourget. It has moreover extended a world leading airport network: in 2024, it operates directly and indirectly 26 airports over the world, with its partners TAV and GMR based in Turkey and in India. More than 336 million passengers were welcomed in Groupe ADP airports during this last year.

Groupe ADP has developed a unique and advanced know-how in all aspects of the airport value-chain.

It offers airport operation, management and maintenance services, especially commissioning (Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer), capacity optimization and passenger experience, technical asset management. It is also able to provide support to develop cargo, logistics and MRO activities. Groupe ADP has also a special experience in real estate for diversification (hotels) and airport city planning and development.

Enhancing its value of hospitality with the Extime brand, Groupe APD offers a unique customer experience, initially based on a genuine Parisian shopping experience, in its shops, restaurants or lounges. Groupe ADP is a pioneer in the forefront of airport innovation: it has indeed an advanced know-how in preparing Advanced Air Mobility operations (vertiports), anti-drone security or anticipating the establishment of hydrogen energy-hubs in airports masterplan.

Groupe ADP stands for airport operation, commercial, real estate, international development and many other activities.

  • Operations & airport management: Activities on specific operational services such as O&M, ORAT, Technical Asset management… ensuring strong deployment of expertise towards our client and consistent with our size of international leader in airport management, offering specific expertise in large scale projects and capacity optimization in constrained environments,
  • Shops and services: Commercial activities with the value creating Extime brand (shops, bars and restaurants, car parks, lounges, advertising) and activities of joint ventures in airport distribution and catering,
  • International and airport investment: Activities carried out by Groupe ADP and our two partners as development platforms - TAV Airports and GMR Airports,.
  • Innovation: operation of infrastructure for Advanced Air Mobility (eVTOL), planning hydrogen-energy hubs (joint venture Hydrogen Airport with Air Liquide), anti-drone security (subsidiary Hologarde),
  • Airports services and engineering in the US (subsidiary Merchant Aviation).

  • Paris-Charles de Gaulle: a world-class hub infrastructure and the main airport of Paris airport system, which includes also Paris-Orly and Paris-Le Bourget with 67 million passengers welcomed in 2023 and service provided to 304 cities. Cargo and mail totalled tons 1.871bn. It has been awarded Best Airport in Europe (Skytrax 2024)
  • Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi: operated by Groupe ADP partner GMR since 2006, it is the leading airport for passengers' traffic in India with traffic 68.5mn in 2023. First airport in the Asia-Pacific region to be accredited with ACI Airport Carbon Accreditation 4+ in 2020.
  • Antalya: operated by a JV between TAV, a groupe ADP company, and Fraport, with a traffic of passengers 35.5mn in 2023. It is the 2nd busiest airport in Turkey after Istanbul, a major leisure destination during the European summer season.
  • Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, held by ADP International with a 51% stake, is a premier regional centre for leisure and business and the gate of the Hashemite kingdom of Jordan. ACI has awarded it 8 times as the best airport in Middle-East for his size 5-15mn passengers. In 2022, he was the first airport in Middle East to be accredited ACA 4+ by ACI
  • In its network of 26 airports, Groupe ADP ensures top-notch standards of quality and relies on the most advanced technology and methods: Airport Operation Coordination Center in Paris or Hyderabad, Cooperative Decision Making on airside, Total Airport Management in Izmir implemented by TAV IT. Operational Readiness and Transfer process when it comes to commissioning a new infra, in Paris, Chile, but also outside the group, for instance in Jeddah-KSA or Dallas-US
  • Paris welcomed the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Paris-ORY, CDG and Le Bourget were the gates for the world to come to Paris. The management of this event was an unanimously acknowledged succesful experience for Groupe ADP.
  • Groupe ADP, with partner Skyport, has been awarded end-2024 to manage Manhattan heliport and promote advanced & sustainable air mobility solutions
