business process; it collects, processes and transmits airport data
so as to ensure the necessary information exchange between the
various partners (airlines, towers, ATC, etc.) and communication
channels (FIDS, Internet, etc.).
TaxiExpert
Steria Taxi Expert solution optimises the taxi flows in the vicinity
of airports:
• a flexible and adaptable system, depending on flights arrivals,
• a real-time taxi line management,

CONSULTING

Airport IT Masterplan
Steria Consultants performed a review of business processes
related to gate management at Singapore Changi Airport and
prepared the system tender specifications for the Airport’s Gate
Management System (AGMS) based on the outcome of the review.
Subsequently, Steria has undertaken the project management of
the system implementation up to the commissioning of the system.
