Rincent BTP Services is an independent company which includes:
• 8 entities specialized in technical fields
• 18 agencies linked to a territory

In 2010, Rincent BTP International activities are managed through
• 7 agencies: Madrid, Cairo, Bamako, Dakar, Antananarivo, Casablanca, Recife.
• Different contracts in China, Viet Nam, Chad, Cameroon, Gabon, Tunisia, Morocco, India, Poland, England, Portugal, Russia, Dubai and so on.
• The subsidiary Rincent BTP International (RBTPI)

The activities of each agency are performed on the base of their own means and specific know-how within the Rincent BTP Services network.

The company carries out:
• analysis, tests, technical inspections, assessment.
• Technical studies and consultancies (Civil Engineering, Buildings, Infrastructures Works, )
• professional training
• Develops and offers for sale, test equipments for pavement.

The company is:
• A member of the French Mirror Group (FMG) for the European standards.
• A national actor in several Research/Development projects.
• Involved in the European project Geotechnet.
• EUROLAB (European federation of national associations of measurement, testing and analytical laboratories)

All studies or analyses are certified OPQIBI (Professional entity in engineering qualification: infrastructures and building Industry).

A quality assurance manual deals with all the activities. Working in conformity with this manual is the main principle of all entities and agencies.

We follow the ICAO Annex 14 recommendations written and we got conformity certification during our services by DGAC (French Directorate of Civil Aviation) and STAC (Technical department of French Directorate of Civil Aviation).



Rincent BTP proposes a wide range of services:

Pavement auscultation


Radar (Pavement studies and homogeneous areas)
Unique in Europe, the equipment Euradar® is produced, maintained and developed by Rincent ND Technologies. This equipment for non destructive tests allow to measure airfield pavements thickness, which is one of the parameters in the reinforcement studies linked to the evolution of stresses induced by aircraft traffic.

HWD (Heavy Weight Deflectometer: deflectionstudy and bearing capacity)
Measure the deflection caused by dynamic loads right above this impact and at several distant points to appreciate the resulting influence.

Skid resistance (Longitudinal friction coefficient)
An airfield pavement will be considered as slippery if values of friction measurements are less than the minimum required level.
The intrinsic friction characteristics are measured periodically with aid of equipment accepted by the State, within the maximal delay between two measurements of two years or after rubber removal.

Determination of IS and ACN /PCN indexes (Coring, laboratory tests, data processing)
All these tests complete the investigation which results in the following determinations:
- The index of Service (IS) according to the STAC (DGAC) methodology which concerns the surface state of airfield pavements
- The index ACN/PCN according to OACI (international) and also according to ITAC (DGAC), for the bearing capacity of the road structures.
- Recommendations of solution for maintenance works and/or for reinforcement.

Sale of equipment

Water thickness measuring device
Rincent BTP offers for sale a unique device, able to measure the water film thickness on pavement, with a good accuracy and reliability.

Assessment/ Follow up of civil engineering (Buildings and pavements)

Execution of pavement (Asphalt or concrete) or terminal’s buildings need a meticulous control. Rincent BTP has a great experience in following up of civil engineering in these fields.
For example, Rincent BTP controlled execution of the new runway of Roissy international airport (Paris). The company also carries out assessment on existing structures (Cracks, stability, strengthening…)

Searching of underground networks and anomalies (tank, ammunition, cavity…)
Radar, gravimetry
Underground objects or cavities can be a real danger. Our company disposes of adapted non destructive methods (radar, gravimetry) to find these objects. Radar is also able to detect underground networks and deliver a map. It is a useful technology to avoid pipe’s deterioration during civil work.

Rincent BTP Services owns a Quality structure and have a capital which gives the company its independence from all actors of Civil Engineering, Construction and Aeronautic.
