Hub télécom became a WiMAX operator.
With a view to becoming one of the country's main suppliers of RFID solutions, Hub télécom is also developing its expertise thanks to partnerships (hardware manufacturer, integrator, consultancy firm etc.), and has set itself the objective of creating packaged solutions for national and international markets and responding to all the specific needs of its target markets (exhibition centers, transport hubs and port areas). In February 2006, Hub télécom signed an agreement
with TMSA to create Cires télécom, a joint venture with
founding capital of 2 million euros. Uniting their respective
expertise, the two firms have created a company
specialised in the telecommunications services in
the greater port area of Tangiers-Mediterranean and
the areas operated by TMSA.
In March 2007, Hub télécom signed a new contract
with Geneva International Airport (AIG), which involves
installing and operating a professional Wifi network
throughout its site, to allow roaming computer applications
to be used more intensively - Internet access,
ground-aircraft communication... - guaranteeing users
greater efficiency and productivity.
In February 2006, it deployed a Wifi network for Royal
Air Maroc (RAM) at Mohamed V airport in Casablanca,
training RAM operational staff and providing remote
network monitoring.
